The Big C Athletic Club offers several group fitness studios and over 70 group fitness classes per week! Our large Cardio room is spacious with lots of cardio equipment and hosts classes such as Zumba, Step, Muscle Conditioning, and more! Our Cycle Room has all our cycling classes. We have a Pilates Studio where all our reformer classes are held. The Yoga Studio is nestled toward the back of The Club making it perfect for meditation. We also have a women's gym, smaller then our co-ed gym, but just as equipped.
