Indoor Cycle Class
The Cycling Revolution is an innovative athletic training program that brings a new dimension of safety and accessibility to indoor cycling.
The Cycle Program places special emphasis on training for enthusiasts of all levels so no particular entry level is required for individuals to achieve their personal fitness goals.
Our cycle instructors work participants in different energy zones focusing on cardiovascular conditioning and muscular endurance. Anyone can cycle because you control the resistance determining the intensity. Please note beginners should arrive 5 minutes prior to class time for bike set-up.
Note that our new Tabata Cycle class is a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Traininig) class for members who are currently taking cycle classes and enjoy the extra challenge. In this 45 minute class you will recieve a 5-10 minute warm-up followed by 25 minutes of intense interval training. Traditional Tabata time is 8 sets of 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off. You will receive 2 or 3 sets per class, followed by cool down.
